Welcome to your Journey of
Healing and Transformation

Trauma Therapy

Trauma appears in may forms and can affect us all.  It can range from developmental trauma to collective trauma and often, it is through the body that this trauma becomes manifest and our thoughts, actions and behaviour can become misaligned.  My training in Trauma Informed Coaching enables me to use a range of somatic techniques, hypnotherapy and coaching, to assist you towards enjoying a harmonious mind, body and spirit.

Childhood Trauma

I specialise in childhood trauma, with a focus on the unique challenges faced by individuals during their formative years, particularly those who may struggle with having been adopted or fostered. Many of my clients come to me carrying deep, often unspoken pain from early experiences of disconnection, abandonment, or not feeling fully at home in their own story. These wounds can linger into adulthood, showing up in self-doubt, relationship struggles, parenting challenges, and a sense of not truly knowing who they are.

My work is rooted in helping clients gently unpack and reframe their childhood experiences—without minimizing the pain, but also without staying stuck in it. Together, we explore the beliefs formed in early life and how they continue to shape decisions, emotions, and identity today. This process allows clients to rewrite their inner narrative: from one shaped by survival and confusion, to one rooted in understanding, compassion, and agency.

I particularly love supporting parents who are committed to breaking generational cycles and want to raise their own children with security and emotional clarity—but find themselves triggered, overwhelmed, or unsure. Therapy becomes a space to learn what safety and trust truly feel like, so they can model it for their families.

Ultimately, my goal is to help each client feel more secure in who they are, more confident in the choices they make, and more at peace with the past that shaped them—but no longer defines them.

The methods I use include:

Accessing the Subconscious Mind
•    Through guided relaxation and hypnosis, we gently access the subconscious—the part of the mind where early memories, emotions, and belief patterns are stored.

Regression Therapy
•    We use regression to revisit earlier stages of life, even pre-verbal or forgotten memories. This allows us to uncover the root causes of present-day challenges, such as:
o    Fear of abandonment
o    Identity confusion
o    Difficulty forming close relationships
o    Feelings of rejection or not belonging

Hypno-Analysis
•    Hypno-analysis combines hypnosis with deeper therapeutic exploration. While in a relaxed state, you’re able to safely process unresolved emotions and limiting beliefs that stem from early life events.
Emotional Release and Reframing
•    Traumatic memories often carry emotional "charges." Together, we work to release these trapped emotions and reframe past experiences—helping you move from pain to empowerment.
Inner Child Healing
•    Many wounds from adoption or fostering relate to unmet emotional needs. Through inner child work, we nurture and comfort those younger parts of you—restoring safety, connection, and self-worth.
Strengthening Identity & Self-Worth
•    Hypnotherapy supports the integration of fragmented parts of the self. You begin to reconnect with your true identity—not defined by early experiences, but by your own strength and self-awareness.

Ongoing Tools for Healing
You willl leave with practical tools like self-hypnosis, mindfulness techniques, and affirmations to support your ongoing growth and resilience.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic Therapy is a body-centred form of therapy that focuses on the connection between the mind and body and explores how the body stores and expresses painful experiences. Mind-body healing is applied to support trauma recovery. Through Somatic therapy, I help clients in accessing their inner resources to regulate emotions and shift away from the primitive and natural stress response of fight, flight or freeze, leading to improved clarity of thought and thereby enhance being able to function in everyday life. By enhancing awareness of the mind-body connection and employing specific interventions, I can help release stored tension, anger, and other emotions in your body from past negative experiences, ultimately aiming to liberate you from obstacles hindering your full engagement with life.

Breath-Work

Breathwork is a powerful and accessible way to bring the body and mind back into balance. By intentionally guiding the rhythm, depth, and pace of your breathing, you can directly influence your nervous system — shifting from a state of stress or overwhelm into one of calm, clarity, and ease.

When we are anxious or under pressure, our breathing naturally becomes shallow and rapid, signaling to the body that we are in danger. Breath-work reverses this pattern. Slow, conscious breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system — the body’s natural rest and restore response — lowering heart rate, easing muscle tension, and quieting the mind.

In hypnotherapy, breath-work serves as a bridge between body and mind. As the breath deepens, the mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions and inner healing,  creating the ideal state for releasing stress, regulating emotions, and restoring a sense of grounded peace.
