Teaching is a really rewarding profession, but it is also a profession which can compromise self care.
I have had over twenty four years of experience as a secondary school teacher, so I understand what it is like to feel exhausted and disillusioned with the reality of fulfilling a vocation, but maintaining your wellbeing at the same time. Many of my clients are individuals who work in education and the results of my therapy's been life changing for them.
Using life coaching, counselling and hypnotherapy techniques, I will help you help yourself to restore the balance of your home life and work life and I will support you with any decision making about your career in education.
