My Approach
My approach is calm, reflective, and paced around you. I work collaboratively, adapting to what you need rather than following a fixed method or formula.
I’m particularly mindful of how earlier experiences, including those shaped by family, culture, identity, or not quite belonging, can continue to affect how safe or settled we feel in the present.
Our work begins by creating understanding and nervous-system safety. From there, we explore patterns, experiences, and responses at a pace that feels manageable and respectful. Nothing is forced, and you remain present and in control throughout.
Depending on what feels right for you, sessions may draw on hypnotherapy, counselling, coaching, guided imagery, mindfulness-based approaches, and meaning-centred work. These are used flexibly and thoughtfully, guided by your needs rather than a predetermined plan.
