Couples and Relationships
Relationship therapy is a type of therapy that focuses on improving communication and resolving conflicts between two people. It provides a safe space for individuals to express their feelings, understand each other's perspectives, and develop healthier ways to interact. Through guided sessions, together we can work towards rebuilding trust, ultimately strengthening the relationship.
I provide support for those currently experiencing a difficult relationship, whether this be romantic, marital, parent/child, siblings or friendships.
