Being a young person today is, arguably, more difficult than it has ever been. Our young people are facing many challenges relating to friendship, learning and self image.
As the brain does not complete development until the mid to late twenties, it is vitally important that the mental wellbeing of young people is nurtured to allow for them to become content, well-balanced adults.
I provide a unique therapy service to young people, which includes hypnotherapy, counselling and breathwork.
The therapy I offer is tailored to address the unique needs of young individuals. I provide a safe and non-judgemental space for children and adolescents to express themselves, navigate challenges, and develop essential coping skills.
I also provide therapy for children experiencing bedwetting.
